About why he is ranked copper despite his strength: the adventurers guild doesn´t rate/test your abilities to determine your rank. No matter how strong you are, you ALWAYS start at copper-rank if you just registered. This of course does NOT mean that it will always take ages to go up in ranks, but whether you get "promoted" and when, entirely depends on your results. The more requests you fulfill, and the more difficult these requests are, the faster you will rank up. So, you basically have to prove your strength and "usefulness" with your actions, rather than a "ranking trial".

That's why it's pretty big and looks impressive. Just to add some exposition, as pharmacist you are automatically a magic caster, you can't be one without magic, Lizzy Bareare is a 3rd tier magic caster, which is on the level of veteran adventurers, you saw the reaction when Ainz introduced Nabe as a 3rd Tier magic caster even though she looks like she is only in her teens maybe early twenties. So even if she doesn't specialize in combat, she commands a certain level of respect just based on that fact alone, people wouldn't want to cross her, that comes on top of her being a master of her craft and the best in the city.
