Touch Me was one of the strongest warriors in Yggdrasil. So while i couldn´t find immediate confirmation (i´d have to go through a lot of source material again to exactly find it), it is said that his name is actually a mockery ("touch me if you can"). And since he was one of the strongest warriors in yggdrasil (in fact, he was world champion class), it is a valid taunt.
