I love that the flyer Tanya sent out was almost a direct recreation of Ernest Shackleton's flyer for his polar expedition. It said, “Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event of success.” lol and had over 5,000 applicants. This is however, most likely a myth. But it's a super famous one lol.
