15:30 yeah schibukawas left eyeball is a glass prosthetic, it was shown in the earlier season. When he takes battle damage to that glass eye he often likes to play with it to mentally disturb his opponent. He is a kind old man on the outside but arguably the most sadistic and psychopathic of the entire main cast of "good guys". In the manga he likes to bait young people into street fights with himself to mess them up in the name of self defense and gets outright furious when people go kind on him because of his age.
