Seems like your understanding of Orihime's power is a bit off, First of, Orihime's ability, is Rejection, not regression or healing, you already got this part right. What she can reject is the cause, not the effect. For example with Grimmjow's arm, it's not like she's rejecting that the arm is injured so now I'm gonna put your arm back the way it was, NO. What she rejected is what caused it, which is Tosen cutting it off. So for the arm, it was never cut off in the first place. It is basically a form of reality warping. That's why Aizen see it as something that defies the very laws of the Gods. Also there's a reason why they didn't just say that she reverses time which would in effect do the same thing.

When they release they use Spanish phrasing, the music is Spanish inspired and the locations have Spanish names "Hueco Mundo"...even the name Cero is spanish. Kubo does this cool thing where each people have a certain Cultural theme, Shinigami = Edo Japanese, Arrancar = Spanish, Quincy = German.
