Hi there, first post here. Hope I don't end up annoying anyone. Regarding why Minato sealed half of Nine Tails, the reasons were both to maintain the balance of power among the villages (most of whom had their own tailed beasts), and because he physically was simply unable to seal all of nine tails within himself via the reaper death seal, it was just too much chakra for even him to handle.

And then Minato is a fucking badass, Kushina is like the best female Naruto character ever even though we only saw a little of her. They are my favorite characters for sure along with Itachi, Pain and Kakashi.
