Funny how you needed a break half way through. It was showing it was really stressing you out. Amazing a movie that is over 50 years old can still have that effect. The scene with Reagan's arms backwards down the stairs sure was freaky. I do not remember the jump scares from the creepy face in this movie so maybe it was only in the directors or it just something I never remembered about the movie. Either way, the first jump scare by you was awesome reaction. ha ha

Nah, I have never played with Ouija board. I do not even think I have seen one apart from in the movies.

You asked a few questions during the movie. I'm not catholic, but I know the answers. "Are priests allowed to drink and smoke?" Yes "Are priests allowed to have babies?" No, they're supposed to be celibate. "Why are they called fathers?" They consider themselves to be the spiritual fathers of their flocks. When the detective mentioned movies and the priests said, "Who's in it?" The detective named dramas, and when asked who's in it, named comedians. That was supposed to be a little joke. Like if I said I saw The Exorcist and you asked who's in it and I said Will Ferrell and Chris Pratt.

yeah not all of the trauma actually translated, definitely a bit of a plot hole. The demon can't protect the shell, we see that in the end

When she says "You're going to die up there", she was talking to the party guest who's an astronaut. The one thing that makes no sense to me (I know it's a movie, but still), turning her head completely around should have broken her neck and killed her. She had bruises from the other attacks. I know it's for shock value but it's my one small critique to a great movie.

When I saw nightmare on elm street in the theater as a teenager in the 80s I thought it was damn scary. now, it's just silly scary...But it's cetain'y worth seeing if you never have.
