Sorry to darken the mood for one post, but I wanted to share something with you all. I almost deleted my Patreon a while back due to one individual’s actions.

I really enjoy creating, modeling, photography and planning photoshoots, and I enjoy sharing that work with you all. Most of you (99%) are so kind and supportive. There has been a couple instances of people targeting me.

Worse though is people stealing my content that we all create together and then pose as me and blackmail individuals. This activity is also illegal and is easily enforced.

Ahowever now, a new federal law makes it illegal to use AI to fake nudes or share someone’s content without their permission.

This law may help against the one case I’ve been dealing with of someone using my images and posing as me online to trick others, turning a civil case into a criminal one. When this news was published they immediately stopped, but action should still be taken?

Key points:

    •    Illegal to share intimate images (including AI-generated) without the subject’s consent.

    •    Platforms must remove this content quickly once reported.

    •    Victims can report violations through a streamlined process.

    •    Offenders can face civil penalties and criminal charges.

Bottom line: It gives people legal power to get explicit content taken down fast, even if it’s AI-generated, and holds the people sharing it accountable.

The internet is a vast but small world but everything is tracked. It was incredibly easy to find the individual making deep fakes of me and prosecute.

Membership to this platform gives access to my exclusive work not ownership. (Although personalized photoshoots can be bought and owned) There has only been a handful of people I’ve sold rights to and even then there is an agreement they cannot misconstrue the original works intent.
