Workout Today: Cossack Squat Focus (45–60 mins)

Warm-Up (10 mins)

β€’ 10 Air Squats

β€’ 10 Lateral Lunges (5/side)

β€’ 10 Hip Circles (each direction)

β€’ 20 Arm Swings + Shoulder Rolls

β€’ 30s Deep Squat Hold

β€’ 10 Bodyweight Cossack Squats (slow and controlled)

Strength & Mobility (20–25 mins)

Superset x4:

1. Weighted Cossack Squats – 8 reps each side (goblet hold)

2. KB Front Rack Hold – 30s per side

Rest 60 sec between sets

Then x3 Rounds:

β€’ Pause Cossack Squats – 5/side (3-sec hold at bottom)

β€’ Hamstring Scoops – 10 total

Finisher (10–15 mins)

3 Rounds:

β€’ Walking Lunges or Lateral Band Walks – 30s

β€’ Single-Leg Glute Bridge – 10/side

β€’ Plank to Side Plank (alternating sides) – 30s

β€’ Russian Twists – 20 reps (optional weight)

Cooldown (5 mins)

β€’ 60s Seated Forward Fold

β€’ 30s Lizard Stretch/hip opener (each side)

β€’ 30s Deep Squat Hold

β€’ Box breathing or just chill flat
