It is time. The spookiest season is here, and the ghoulish vibes are immaculate. Due to the POWER of this month and my unabashed bias towards this month's subject matter, we're mixing things up a bit :
There will be TWO Winners chosen this month. Not one, but TWO separate winners, with their own separate pictures. The winner with the most votes will be released first, and the 2nd highest winner will be released a week afterwards (This applies to the Tier/Public release schedule too!!)
Hell, since there will be multiple winners, Im going to make an exception for this one, and allow multiple choices! However I kindly ask that you choose only TWO, for the sake of fairness. But hey if you choose more, its not like I can stop you, lmao
