Second, he doesn’t like this ability and uses it only on the edge of disaster, as it reminds him of Dio and brings Vietnamese flashbacks. Third, in such a case as in this episode it would’ve been useless as Jotaro‘s stand is extremely close range, and he can stop time just for a second now (against 10 seconds in the stardust crusaders, cause of lack of practice and all the reasons above). It’s worth keeping in mind in order to not be frustrated 😀
