Also, jokes aside, I don't think the lesson to take from this anime is "grils like horny weirdos" xD They like Issei because he's an honest man that is true to himself, extremely loyal to his loved one(s), hardworking and displays genuine interest for his partner(s). If being horny is his only major flaw, you'd be surprised at the amount of real people that'd be into him. You just need to get to know him ^^

While the rest of the Chaos Brigade want to to conquer, he just wants to fight strong beings, he has no real allegiance to them. His team is made up of incredibly strong people who follow him. Fenrir being one of the strongest beings in existence was something Vali just selfishly wanted on his team, so he betrayed Loki even though he had allied with the Chaos Brigade for a bit. Also Akeno is best girl. xD

They skip that part and one of issei power that is to receive a call with tits. Akeno tits become the "phone" for the goddess of tits that lend issei her strength to wield the hammer.
