You keep saying "supplement" when the word is "suppliant". Two completely different words. A suppliant is someone begging an authority for something. It's an alternate form of the word "supplicant". That should make it clear what a Secret Suppliant is, in terms of this show's universe. A Secret Supplement doesn't make any sense at all.

As far as the pregnant girl goes, I agree with you that's her in the ritual. My theory about this, is that she will bring about Doomsday, and that Doomsday is what we saw in Ep 1 where we saw a woman transform into a monster fighting Klein and then the city was like nuked. So I'm thinking that once this baby is ready to come out, all hell is going to break out, we're going to see that scene from ep 1 again with full context, and either Klein is going to stop that explosion from wiping out most / all of the city, or things are about to REALLY change. Personally I'm expecting the city to get nuked and Azik will save Klein (Klein predicted if he helped Azik that one day Azik would save him) and that most or all the other Nighthawks die, and the show is basically like 'Okay the tutorial is over, now you're on your own Klein'. Then hopefully that means Klein starts building up the Tarot Club into a real organization and we get lots of cool stuff there.
