One of the girls has had constipation for like a whole month and one day when that said girl is getting freaky with they're male or female lover their stomach starts gurgling and acting up and they try not to crap all over their lover. If the lover Is male it'd be where like they are doing doggy style and with like every thrust her gut gurgles and they ask him to slow down or maybe take a break but he doesn't let up thinking she's getting close to climax and ends up crapping all over him. If the lover is Female then it'd be similar to that Movie theater animation where they are grabbing all over each other. And the woman grabs on her stomach as she says stop but it's too late and boom. Big mess.
