It's consistant with the kind of pictures you could find in other episodes that have a more "harem" feel than what the game is actually allowing.

Almost surely this happens later in the Ep, maybe a private Panty Party (since I don't see Jill or Bella attending the one at the DIKs). I think during the Ep we will see the friendship among the MGs developing up to a point where they would be comfortable enough to do this together.
