As I set up my equipment, I couldn't help but notice how natural and comfortable she seemed in front of the camera. Her poses were effortless and fluid, and her eyes shone with a quiet self-assurance.
We spent three productive hours working together, and as we wrapped up the shoot, I asked Martyna about her journey to self-love. She took a deep breath and began to share her story with me.
As a teenager, Martyna struggled with her body image and appearance. She would constantly compare herself to other girls and focus on her imperfections, which led to great insecurity and doubt. It wasn't until she started modeling that she began to accept her body and feel more connected to her emotions and physicality.
