You trying to split the old lady in half?” She grinned, watching Melissa’s face go from pale to cherry-red in real time. Priceless. Kitty knew it was probably just some kind of massager, but that wasn’t nearly as entertaining as making Melissa suffer through the implication.
Melissa cleared her throat, desperately focusing on the sleek black platform heels in her hands, rolling them over in her grip like they might save her from this humiliation.
Kitty’s gaze flicked down, her smirk widening. “Nice f*** heels, by the way.” Her voice dripped with mock appreciation. “Too bad they look a size too small for me. But why don’t you try ‘em on? Seriously, Mel, let's try it on!.”
