I remember being so upset by saying no as a young woman. The way we train our females in the culture to be permissive and accepting. Yikes. I am so glad she had this group to help set some standards.

Grooming is establishing an emotional connection and gaining trust with a potential underage victim, sometimes their family as well. They normalize behavior and prep them for abuse; they set up situations to abuse them with the gained trust.
