"Kitagawa Marin" Process/Making Shots

1. Sketch
2. Cleaner Sketch- this step is important to me so I don't get confused when lining.
3. Lineart
4. Basecoloring- I fully colored the face parts during this step.
5. Shading - I started painting the shadows for the hair, skin and the bag. At this moment I was dreading shading fabrics.
6. Shading Cont. - Fully colored the character
7. Background and Details - I added the hair strands and rings.
I added the background as well. I rushed this illustration so I didn't put time in making the background look good that's why I blurred it to hide the mess > <
I noticed her neck looked too long. Unfortunately, anything that requires fixing the head results to a lot of work. You clearly see the changes in the GIF below.
8. Color Adjustments & Effects - I added sparkles, darkened the bottom part and lightened the top part of the illust. I added slight glow on her choker and bracelet
