Chairman's Update for end of 2024

Awoo there, I have a new update from Ani Boxer, our chairman, with his thoughts on the upcoming boat party, and 2025.

Hello LondonFurs Patreon subscribers, Ani Boxer here again with the latest update from the team.

Firstly, thank you for your ongoing support, this year has been one of LondonFurs’ busiest and most successful.

Secondly, as you know we have another winter boat party, with tickets going on sale at the next meet [2nd November 2024]. We are once again offering all subscribers the chance to buy one ticket each in advance of the general on-sale. If you want to take up this offer, please reply to this post within the next seven days.

Your donations have gone to support some of the most talented artists in our community this year by producing free giveaway posters for the artist takeovers as well as helping us create new signage and new venue hire opportunities.

We’ve also invested in a DJ mixer, which has helped new and existing DJs perform at both LF events as well as private ones. Again, supporting talented people within the community across the UK.

We’ll be continuing our Artist Takeover events next year so keep an eye out for this, as well as look to promote exciting and new community events at our meets, so, er, yeah, watch this space.

2025 begins with new opportunities and our plans are to continue to grow and promote the amazing community, while being consistent with our organisation and goals to deliver a safe space to all furs who wish to call LondonFurs their second home.
