I’ve been thinking about this song due to some tiktok edits and thought I’d share this iconic performance with you guys. If any of you have never seen it, PLEASE do, it’s incredible!!

Time and time again I found myself trying to get BoF reference from Ice Dance or Pairs Figure Skating programs, but it’s actually SO HARD!! It’s really clear from the body language that the two people are skating WITH one another, not against one another. Sometimes even if the program has a fight/confrontation moment, the posing still doesn’t come across entirely that way! There’s always something to clue you in they’re actually supporting each other instead of trying to make each other fall, lol

I can’t tell you how many times I went through SEVERAL Ice Dance or Pairs programs trying to find references, only to end up having to grab poses from two Singles performances 🥲
