We shot these pictures on Hármashatárhegy - about 30 minutes hike from the parking spot on the top of the hill: https://maps.app.goo.gl/J2ypRQvM6bVQCLNm8
When its cloudy in Budapest these hills are often sorrounded by fog. It's a location I have been eyeing with for while now. Nevertheless when the weather is nice it is a popular hiking spot, so otherwise you would have to hike further to have privacy.
