November 2025, Cameron stated that Rodriguez and him were working on the script together and that they were committed to making it.[159] The ending of this movie does beg for a sequel however I've seen many movies that never got to that stage and we as an audience have to accept the fact that the story is as it is. 2025-12-03 02:58:44 +0000 UTCHopefully you checked out how the movie was made. As others have said part 2 is in the works, but is has been in development hell for years. If it ever does get made it won't be until James Cameron, the producer, is finished with the Avatar movies. Also Robert Rodriguez, the director, has basically moved onto the Star Wars movies. So unfortunately we will be waiting a while. If you do want to check out something else with the actress, Rosa Salazar, I highly recommend a series called Brand New Cherry Flavor. It's very short, 8 episodes. It's a tale that takes you down a hallucinatory rabbit hole of sex, magic, revenge, and kittens. Trust me you'll love it.

2025-12-02 19:28:05 +0000 UTCThis movie is pretty close to the 1993 anime (only 2 episodes, ~60 minutes in total). In my opinion, Robert Rodriguez did a great job. Too bad they didn't continue the anime (the manga is much longer). Now... time to watch your reaction :D
