Hi Bisscute π from San Antonio Texas USA π Absolutely brilliant reaction. Always a wonderful time watching a movie with you as you react and this is a way of understanding you as you bring so much of your understanding to the events of the film and how they relate to you. As you say music is a unifier... A language unto itself. The premise of the movie it seems is the fact that music attracts the good and the bad and the bad meaning the evil spirit world which controls people if they allow themselves to be open to it as you say very expertly. I believe in the end good wins and so does music. During the time in which the movie was set many churches in the American South believed that dancing was of the devil and the music that caused people to move was the devil's music. Sammy did not let go of the guitar handle because deep in his heart he knew music is a Force for good and he blessed many with his talent through the years. Thank you for all that you do. 2025-06-05 02:50:18 +0000 UTCDamn. This was a way better version of From Dusk 'til Dawn and that was a great film. The difference between Voodoo and Hoodoo is mostly geography. Hoodoo is older and comes from Africa, Voodoo is Caribbean and based off Hoodoo. Both are a collection of beliefs and practices from multiple cultures originating from the African continent.
