You are right, John Travolta is Vincent from Pulp Fiction. Regarding the people that doesnt move fast from the siren firefighters, police and ambulance i would say is quite common. Ive done a lot of traveling and i must give huge credits to the Germans for moving very effectively when an accident happened so i understand your reaction.
