Unfortunately you watched the extended version which extends some scenes that didn't need to be extended. Had you watched the theatrical cut I think you'd have liked it better.

2023-10-25 00:46:51 +0000 UTCHey its been like 15 or 20 years since I have seen this, I had a freaking blast watching this again. Yeah there was some cringy parts, but I really enjoyed this. And this may be a top 5 reaction from Biss in my opinion. We saw her laugh, dance, sing, and struggle with certain parts as she mentioned at the end. Movie rating 3 out 5. Reaction rating 5 out 5!!! Everybody on the whole cell block, was dancing to the jail house rock!!

2023-10-19 01:25:57 +0000 UTCHey Biss glad you liked the movie. It has been one of my favorites for years. The blues bothers themselves started as an act on the TV show Saturday Night Live. I get your viewpoint on the nazi thing, but hey it was the 70-80s and that was the humor back then. I really can't say much more than that. As for the movie itself there are so many famous musicians and other people in it. An IOU is I owe you the money. There is absolutely no cgi in this movie, it all the work of very talented stunt men. And as for the destruction this movie held the record of the most cars crashed, (106) until it's sequel (1998) out did it by one car! I have to give the movie a 4 out of 5.

I watched a lot of YTs of americans living in Germany and most of them were shocked that Nazi jokes are not a thing in Germany. different mindset, just ignore. As for genre I would say a mix of comedy, music and action. I liked how you sang and danced along with the music parts.
