This is not the the first time Michael Keaton has played a superhero in a movie. He was the first actor to play Batman in a movie in 1989 and he reprised the role in 1992.

2023-10-21 08:24:41 +0000 UTCThis may be one of the best movies I have ever seen. I believe this is my 3rd time seeing this one, and I mean... it got everything. And it's all done with such high level of skill. The acting is superb as well as writing, cinematography, and directing. I love how this feels so unpredictable and ferocious. That jazzy drum music throughout really actsensuates this unpredictability as well. Look, I love the big spectacle movie like Star Wars and the Marvel franchise, but movies like this are art films. It has something to say (about relationships, movies, the business of movies, fame, film critics, etc). and is very thought provoking. So glad we got to watch and experience this. Thank you.

I believe Riggins is very very loosely based on Keaton being the Batman for 2 movies, always being asked about another and by a large audience only "remembered" for that, despite having a good career after those movies. I thought everyone was really good but Edward Norton was my favorite. Such a self important douche, wannabe intellectual. Love him. The backstage bickering reminded me of my highschool and college drama/theater days, but less extreme. Thanks for the video!
