I was looking to do a rewatch of the live action before season 2 comes out, so this is a great way to do it. Yeah, they made some changes for sure. Zoro was already captured in the manga and the anime. His interactions with Rika are definitely better in the manga and anime, but they didn't have a lot of time to do that here, so it's still good here, it just hit as hard, but time constraints will do that to you. The choreography in the live action is quite good. I haven't watched this since it came out, so it'll be interesting to see what I think of it this time around.

But when we started seeing the cast with interviews and the teasers etc it was like okay this might be good and here we are 3 years later and we got season 3 in the works already and cannot wait for season 2! And its awesome that a lot of people started their OP journey cus of the live action.

I mean, it’s the same source material, but obviously, as much as we want it to stay true to the manga, it’s impossible. I think they did a really good job making it work. Can’t wait for Sunday (and to actually be here this time lol).
