The following is just my conjecture. I have only read up to volume 10 of the novel, and this was never confirmed. In this episode, we saw that Suiren was taking care of the baby emperor. Based on that, I assume that Suiren was his wet nurse. Since Ah Duo is his milk sibling, that would mean Ah Duo is Suiren's daughter. If Ah Duo is Jinshi's mother, then Jinshi's servant woman is actually his grandmother. It would also mean that Maomao wore the dress of Suiren's daughter, aka Jinshi's mother, Ah Duo, during the jaunt through town episode in season one. 🤯
