Nomad Idle 0.9.1

This patch contains a number of experimental optimizations (see patch notes below). Please let me know if the game behaves strangely and, more importantly, if you see any performance gains or losses.

The initial loading process is gonna be a bit crunchier, but this should result in the game itself running a bit smoother.

I'm going to revisiting skills and enemy balancing next. I'm not satisfied with the current meta of running the same 2~3 overpowered skills out of necessity. The game could be so much better, so that'll be my goal next.

= NEW STUFF

- New Event: The Meekest Kobold

- Added the 2 missing Equipment pieces, obtained by completing the Event above.

- New option in Settings -> Interface: "Display Heal Popups"

= IMPORTANT CHANGES

- Equipment: Mythological Gloves now grants 0.1x Health Regen Mult and 0.05x Summon Damage Mult.

- Equipment: Mythological Gloves now grants 100 Max Health, down from 150. 10 Defense, down from 15.

- STR stat: Now provides a Summon Damage bonus.

- SPI stat: Summon Damage value doubled.

- Performance: on-death and on-spawn skills are now pooled ("Final Spark", Imp's "Damnation", etc.). They should cause less lag but let me know if they're now behaving strangely.

- Performance: Optimized Enemy Movement. Please let me know if you find any weird behavior.

= MISCELLANOUS CHANGES

- Performance: Optimized DPS/MPS Log.

- Performance: Optimized Debuff/DoT Handling.

= BUG FIXES

- Fixed: Cultist's Evolution B "Mortal Coil" was incorrectly only procing every 6 casts instead of every cast.

- Fixed: Summon stats incorrectly stacked when multiple Summons were active at a time.

- Fixed: Some Evolution B choices were still selecting Evolution A. Sometimes this was strictly visual, sometimes this was actual. Both cases should now be corrected.

- Fixed: Ratfolk Archer's buff is permanent even if you Ascend, until the game is restarted.

- Fixed: Homunculus' "Soul Bomb" would be active even if the Summon didn't yet have it unlocked.

- Fixed: Even more text issues.

- Fixed: Rare scenario of enemies firing invisible projectiles. Please let me know if this issue persists. Hard to reproduce, so it's hard to confirm if it's fixed.
