[Updates] New Sales Tax + Tiers Change

on the 1st July there will be a new Sales Tax extra charged upon supporters for certain countries, including the U.S. and 17 other countries. Countries like Europe were already affected and have been charged since 2015.
In general it is an extra fee, whenever you guys make digital purchases or subscriptions. Those can be seen on the bill from Patreon you receive per month.

Anyway even though those charges are minimal, there will be Tier Changes regardless.
As you guys have been super supportive and patient with my work, I want to reduce the prices a bit here.
