My theory based on the trailer is Stu will be the killer and he'll make sure Sid knows it's him very early on. They'll be going for more of a thriller/slasher rather than a "Who Done It" slasher.

It's sad that Mellisa and Jenna are not back (i am sure we will see them again in the future) but its recently been revealed that Melissa would have become the killer in the 7th, and i think that's kind of lame so i am happy that they havre moved on. Neve did not do this one as they tried to under pay her BIG TIME so she walked away. Scream has been around long before the Carpenter sisters, it will survive long after.

2026-01-29 20:33:38 +0000 UTCIโm actually excited for Scream 7 because the actress that is playing Sydneyโs daughter is Isabel May. She is such a terrific actress. She was the scene stealer in the western miniseries 1883. If you have not seen 1883, highly recommend it. Also, this miniseries has one of Sam Elliottโs best performances of his career and has A-list film and tv star cameos. Highly recommend watching it before Scream 7, because Isabel Mayโs performance in 1883 will get you better hyped for Scream 7.
