Swim Team (with 4k alt angles)

The state university pool was aghast. The silence had stretched for what seemed like forever. The sloshing of water as it flooded over the sides of the pool and washed out to the walls settled, as the the rushing waterfalls of cascading water. Lisa sat in the pool, blinking, raising a hand to wipe the water from her face. She breathed deeply and seemed to suck the air from the room, the air rushing in an out of the bellows of her lungs echoing off the high ceiling.

As everything settled, she began to look around. Her head bumped against the steel rafters. She understood slowly, that her viewpoint had changed, and she sat in a swimming pool as if it was the size of a paddling pool. She could see the rest of the swim team bobbing in the water between her legs. The coaches were standing on the sides, water now around their ankles as they gawped up at her. She began to murmur, “What the fuuu…” but as she opened her mouth the sound was so much louder than expected, echoes ricochetting around the pool. Then she began to laugh, which was even louder, and in return, the rest of the girls started to scream.

“I think I just outgrew college sports.” Lisa said, shaking her head. “And I guess there’s no point in asking for a towel anymore.” Looking down at her body. Her swimsuit must have just shredded in her sudden growth. Diana was perched on her knee, struggling to maintain balance of Lisa’s slippery skin. She must have grown straight up underneath her. The other girls started to swim for the sides. Lisa reached out a hand and began to scoop them up. “Where are you going? What’s the rush? I don’t think practice is over yet!”

*I hope you enjoy these alt angles as they took DAYS to render. Literally. The main image took 35 hours on not stellar settings, and some of the alt angles took over 15 on even lower settings. To get the water to have this kind of turbulent surface can really be a massive drain on the memory but I’m pleased with how it’s come out.
