Shutdown

Shutdown is the story of a woman tipped over the edge as a shadowy government agency confiscates her life's work in an early morning raid. In the confrontation she drinks the experimental formula she has been developing. Now the world will see the incredible power of her creation, and the team that burst into her laboratory will be the first the feel her new power.
I am so proud to present my first short comic/illustrated story, Shutdown. This was sooo much work I have an even more heightened respect for those creators who bring us so much narrative content of this kind.
I took a lot of care with all these images, rendering, fixing, re-rendering, usually absolutely sick of them by the time I finished each one. My workflow between Daz and Blender is very awkward for this too, and ends up producing enormous files with multiple HD characters that really test the resilience of my RAM. For the time being, this is the only way I know how to do it though!
Shutdown will be available to read here for Big Boss (2k images) and Mega Boss (4k images) tier patrons. This will also be the only place that you can download a pdf for the time being (I may release it later on Gumroad) but I will be releasing the 2k story in jpg form bit by bit on Itaku, where it will be able to be read for free, when the 1 month embargo is over. Mini Boss patrons will have access to two single images in 4k.
