Watercolor dump
Added 2024-02-11 16:07:00 +0000 UTCHey guys, while I'm getting settled into my new apartment I thought I might share some of the watercolor stuff I've been working on in the background.
I'm not very good at watercolor yet so these are all just me practicing and doing studies with different techniques to get a feel for what works, what doesn't, and how I'd like to develop my style in the medium.
I'm honestly not very proud of a lot of these and have had a lot of mixed results but I thought I'd show them all anyway because I think it's important to recognize that before you can get kinda good at something you've gotta suck at it first.
I don't think the uncontrollable nature of watercolors works with my brain too well but I think they can be really pretty and it's something that I just feel I wanna be good at, and hopefully I'd be able to get good and consistent enough at it to do Artist Alley commissions for them or something ^-^
