February '23 Monthly Sketch 1: Bimbo OC

A Bimbo-ish character who I intend to wear a bodycon dress if I do more with her, I really wanted to make somone with short hair and white makeup like this! I imagine she's kind of office lady or convenience store worker who bimbo-fies herself at some point, gets a tan, cuts and dies her hair, and modifies her body perhaps (though it might be fun if she just naturally had a body like this).
