Continuing my tradition of doing Dragon Ball Halloween pics, I decided I wanted to do more with the Bulma Witch design I made as a promo pic for Sparking Collab! I also decided to give good ol Vegeta some more love, and his Halloween costume this year is playing the part of his witchy wife's "broom"~ <3
