DA NWO Update #9 (January 21st, 2025) (Release Date; Sharing About My Life; My Promises & My Requests)

Hello everyone,

I’m excited (and a bit relieved) to finally share a firm release date for the next DA NWO Revamp update. Before diving in, I’d like to offer a heartfelt apology to everyone who has been waiting patiently, especially those who’ve asked for updates along the way. Once again, my prediction was off, and I deeply appreciate your understanding. Here are the official release dates, all in Eastern Time (ET):

• Fanatic ($5) and Enthusiast ($10): Thursday, January 23, 2025
  
• Fan ($3): Thursday, January 30, 2025
  
• Public Demo Version: Friday, January 24, 2025
  

The full update will feature female muscle growth (FMG) content for Cybele, Lily, and Orchid, with up to 5 complete stages for each character. In the Demo version, Cybele and Lily will include their full content, while Orchid will have her first 2 stages ready.

Now, let me be open with you about what caused the delays. I don’t want to make excuses, but I also feel you deserve an explanation:

1. Academic Obligations:

The final weeks of my thesis and college projects were unexpectedly demanding. About a week ago, I promised a patron, “V,” that the update would release between January 15th and 20th. Unfortunately, I couldn’t meet that timeline because my thesis deadline fell on the 24th, and missing it would have meant repeating the semester—a situation neither I nor my family could afford. The good news? As of today, I’ve officially submitted everything! My academic responsibilities are done, and a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

2. The Scope of the Revamp:

As you know, I’m not someone who likes to deliver small, incremental updates. I want every release to feel significant and rewarding. This update includes a complete revamp of the dystopian world, character designs, and narrative. I’ve been working tirelessly, day and night, to ensure the content feels immersive and satisfying. From the dystopian atmosphere to the unique personalities of the female characters, I’m proud of how this update has come together.

Promises for the Future:

• No More Revamps: All four ongoing projects (DA NWO, Dorothy Journey, and Eir of Frohdiff, College Queen) are now on track, and I won’t be revamping them again.
  
• Faster Updates: With my studies behind me, I can focus entirely on development, which means future updates will come more consistently without sacrificing quality.
  
• Patreon as My Focus: This platform will now be my sole priority (Except if something happen to the platform itself, hopefully not).
  
• No New Projects Until Completion: I won’t start any new games until all four current projects (DA NWO, Dorothy Journey, Eir of Frohdiff, and College Queen) are completed.
  
• Standalone Releases in the Future: After these projects, my games will launch as complete works. Any follow-ups will be treated as sequels, not updates, which will help me avoid burnout and explore new engines like RPGMV/Z, Godot, or Unreal Engine.
  
• Unified Art Styles: No future game will feature multiple art styles, as it’s proven to be inefficient and a major cause of delays. (DA NWO will be the last!)

• No Canceled Projects: From now on, every project I start will be seen through to completion.
  

A Sincere Request:

Lastly, I have a few humble requests:

• No More Questions About Release Dates: From now on, I won’t provide exact dates until I’m absolutely certain. If asked, my answer will simply be “TBD.” This way, I can avoid letting you down with inaccurate predictions.
  
• Strict Suggestions Policy: Suggestions will now be filtered rigorously. If a suggestion doesn’t align with my creative vision, it won’t be implemented.
  
• Patience and Understanding: I’m doing my best to create something you’ll love. I hope you’ll continue to trust the process.
