Oh, wait - you don't know who Vea is, do you? Vea is more-than-just-a-friend of Erin's. Together, they used to play doctor in ways that wouldn’t exactly be condoned by the local laws… or rather, not at the designated time and place. The burden of responsibility, of course, fell on the one higher in the hierarchy - Erin, naturally. And that's how she ended up as a Priestess of Darkness - by a mix of voluntary and… let’s say, less-than-voluntary means...
