Q: HOW WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
A: All new Dungeoneers will be charged at time of sign up for the first month, then on the 1st of every month going forward.

Q: HOW WILL MY FILES BE DELIVERED?
A: Each month, a link to a Zip File download will be made available in an exclusive post on the Patreon page by the 15th. There will also be two rounds of MyMiniFactory email invites sent to Patrons to redeem their STL files--Round #1 on the 15th (or the following business day) and Round #2 on the last day of each month.

Q: WHAT DOES PRE-SUPPORTED MEAN?
A: A pre-supported miniature includes the support structure necessary for use with most desktop resin 3D printers. Our supports are meticulously designed and thoroughly tested to ensure printing your miniatures is as hassle-free as possible.

Q: WHAT DOES 32MM SCALE MEAN, EXACTLY?
A: We want Patrons to be able to use their minis for a variety of popular tabletop games, so we’ve chosen to produce all our miniatures in 32mm scale. This means a standard bipedal humanoid character measured from the bottom of the feet to the eyeline stands 32mm tall. All characters / creatures in every BAM release are scaled

Q: DO MY FILES COME UNSUPPORTED TOO?
A: Yes! Every model comes both pre-supported and unsupported to accommodate a variety of printing methods, or to allow hobbyists to create their own supports if desired.

Q: CAN I STILL GET MODELS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON PATREON?
A: Yes! If you have your eye on a model from a release that came and went before you joined, you’ll be able to find it on the BAM MyMiniFactory store. Use your Dungeoneer Discount to get 35% off!

Q: LOYALTY REWARDS: WHAT ARE THEY AND HOW DO THEY WORK? (LAUNCHES JUNE 2021)
A: Broken Anvil offers extra goodies to Dungeoneers who remain members for three month streaks as thanks for their continuing support! Dungeoneers must remain continuously subscribed in order to qualify. Loyalty Reward content is for personal use only, and is excluded from use under Merchant Tier Licenses.

Q: IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP BUT REJOIN LATER, DO I STILL GET THE RELEASES I MISSED?
A: No, Patrons only receive content for the months they are subscribed. However, we do offer monthly Dungeoneer Discounts that can be used towards purchasing the releases you missed when you rejoin!

Q: HOW DO I GET MY DUNGEONEER DISCOUNTS?
A: Each month, a set of secret codes will be made available in an exclusive post on the Patreon page. These codes are only active for 30 days, and can be used at the BAM Shop, the BAM MyMiniFactory, and for Broken Anvil Merch!
