"Anniversary" (COMPLETE)
Added 2024-12-19 14:54:25 +0000 UTCFinally, after more than 6 months, here's the complete comic to celebrate 10 years of Korrasami!
This one really came down to the wire and I finally only just called it done about 10 minutes ago. My original plan was to share it with you guys here first a few days before the 19th, but I got hit with a nasty cold this week that made it hard for me get any proper work done. Thankfully I'm pretty much back to normal now and was able to finish it off just in time for Korrasami Day.
This comic was probably my most challenging project to date. It really pushed me out of my comfort zone, with it having a lot of stuff that I'm not used to drawing or haven't even attempted to draw before (this was my first time drawing anything resembling a dragon, for instance). I probably wouldn't have had enough confidence to tackle that 5th page if I hadn't first made my SuleMio comic way back in January.
I really wanted this comic to feel like a proper anniversary for these two, so I included as many little callbacks and references as I could. Most are obvious but one or two are a little more subtle, so I wonder if people will catch them all ๐
All that said, I loved working on this comic from start to finish, and I hope you enjoy reading it and feel it was worth the wait.
