This time around, there was a three way tie, so I decided to - in following the suggestions of previously mentioned rulebreakings - consider the choice who had the quickest votes! This ended up being Miranda Lawson of the Mass Effect series!

As for the gag, I have a few ideas: A crude bit-gag made of wood and rope or a leather panel gag with the symbol of one of the factions on it: the Red Templar, the Mage Rebellion or the Seekers.
