This week, our winning damsel was LFiM's Athena Cykes, from the Phoenix Wright series! I gotta say, there's something truly hilarious (and meta) for having a ballgag that also acts as a mood-ring-esque detector! I couldn't resist the emoji play-on-words (or lack of words, in this case!)

For the idea: I don't know if it's ok, but I want to go with my suggestion from last time: Rory Mercury from Gate: Jieitai Kano Chi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri. Mouth stuffed, sealed with her black ribbon.
