My theory behind this picture is that Amelia had noticed that Alessia had withdrawn since her return from Faerie and sought to provide a little therapy. For some people, this would mean coffee, a private table, and hours of quiet talking. For Tyche, though, therapy usually meant violence.
Amelia is not an idiot; she knew that facing Tyche head-on wouldn't accomplish anything, because as much as Amelia is a Master of Disguise, Tyche is a juggernaut in combat. Rather than volunteering to be Tyche's punching bag, she voluntold one of her officers, Karen, to get in the ring...
