Strength Contest - Commander Gwynne vs. Thweela of The Shunned

If there's one thing that the muscular ladies of The Airship Andalusia have in common, it's being incredibly strong (and sporting huge, muscular, calves). But, which hyper-muscular monster meat mallet maven is the strongest? Or, rather, who gives the best displays of her strength?
So, let's begin. Please review the attached PDF which has strength scenes featuring each of the following contestants and choose the winner:
Contestant 1 - the ruthless Sovereign Commander Gwynn from Griggsby Station;
vs.
Contestant 2 - the tan, black-eyed barbarian muscle goddess Thweela of The Shunned from High Noon at Sky River Station.

We've seen Thweela get overpowered a couple of times by two different ladies. Doesn't mean she's weak, but there are levels.
