I believe that the whole section about Eren manipulating his Dad to anihilate the Reiss family is the memory younger Eren saw when he kissed Historia's hand in the end of S3. Also, when Frieda's eyes glow purple it's the will of king Karl Fritz talking, not Ymir (the OG founder) or Frieda herself.
