A massive banquet is being held that Dakota was supposed to attend, but instead Evelyn has to attend in her place while Dakota is in another location and being fed WHT she wants so she doesn't get angry and start eating other people. Evelyn attends this banquet thinking that she'll have her infection under control and no one will suspect a thing. HOWEVER Evelyn loses control at the banquet and devours all the food at the buffet. It is at this point the infection spreads more evenly and grows her in size all over in order to make her able to eat BIGGER things. While Evelyn is telling everyone on attendance at the banquet to not panic she gets an irresistible urge/influence from her infection that leads to her devouring every person in attendance at the banquet. It's at this point DJ arrives to inform Evelyn that they can no longer contain/control Dakota and that she disappeared from the location she was being occupied at, only to find Evelyn in the middle of the banquet hall with a massive stomach stuffed with all the food and people that were there, at which point she grows to a proper mini giantess size about slightly larger than what Donovan was at the restaurant, and the rest of her grows as well, her boobs, belly, height, and butt!
