A Very Fattening Flight (Chapter 9 - 10)

Chapter 9: Devouring the Deep

The whale, a magnificent creature of the deep, was surprisingly easy to catch. My massive hand engulfed its slick body, the sheer size difference making the struggle almost comical. With a gentle squeeze – gentle for me, at least – its thrashing subsided. I lifted it from the water, the enormous creature dangling in my grasp like a large fish. It was a substantial meal, perhaps, for a regular human, but for a giantess of my proportions, it was merely an appetizer.

Instead of tearing into it, I opened my vast maw. My jaws unhinged with a sickeningly wide stretch, revealing a cavernous throat. The whale, headfirst, slid easily into the darkness. I could feel it wriggling for a moment as it descended, a slight pressure against my gullet, before it reached the churning expanse of my stomach. A deep sigh of contentment rumbled through my gigantic frame. The taste was rich and oily, a primal satisfaction that resonated deep within my enormous belly.

The survivors from the plane crash were still scattered across the water, their tiny figures bobbing like corks in a bathtub. Their screams had mostly subsided, replaced by a stunned silence as they watched me consume the massive whale whole. I could feel their fear, their utter helplessness in the face of my enormity. Some tried to paddle further away, their small arms working frantically against the waves. Others simply stared, their eyes wide with a terror that bordered on the surreal.

I paid them little mind. They were insignificant, specks in my vast new world. My focus was on satisfying this immense hunger that now coursed through my gigantic frame. The whale had been a start, but it was nowhere near enough.

My gaze swept across the horizon, searching for more sustenance. The ocean stretched out before me, an endless expanse teeming with life. I could sense the movements of other large creatures beneath the surface – more whales, perhaps, or maybe something even bigger.

A thought struck me, a delicious, wicked idea that made my vast cheeks wobble with amusement. What else did the ocean have to offer? Sharks? Dolphins? Maybe even… ships? The possibilities were endless, a smorgasbord of potential snacks laid out before me.

I took a tentative step forward, my enormous foot sinking deep into the water. The ocean floor, miles below, likely trembled under my weight. I began to wade through the water, each step sending massive waves crashing outwards, further scattering the tiny survivors. They were like ants fleeing a spilled picnic, their panic a faint hum in the background of my own burgeoning appetite.

Another, even larger whale breached the surface in the distance, its massive form arcing through the air before crashing back down with a thunderous splash. My stomach rumbled again, this time with more urgency. That one looked particularly… filling.

With a newfound sense of purpose, I began to swim towards it, my enormous limbs propelling me through the water with surprising speed. The ocean, once a vast and mysterious realm, now felt like my personal pantry. I was the apex predator, the ultimate consumer, and the world was my buffet.

The second whale was even bigger than the first, a truly colossal creature. It didn't even seem to notice my approach until my shadow fell over it. By then, it was too late. With another swift movement, I plucked it from the water. This time, I savored the moment, holding the massive creature aloft for a moment before tilting my head back and opening my cavernous mouth once more. It slid down my throat with surprising ease, a bulge forming in my neck as it made its way to my ever-expanding stomach.

I sighed contentedly, a sound like the crashing of waves against a cliff face. That had hit the spot. For now, at least. I could feel the satisfying weight of the two whales sloshing around inside me, a pleasant pressure against my internal organs.

But the hunger was still there, a deep, gnawing emptiness that seemed to grow in proportion to my own size. I needed more. Much more. The ocean, vast as it was, might not be enough to satisfy my growing appetite.

I looked towards the horizon, towards the faint line where the ocean met the sky. Land. There was land out there. And land meant… people. Cities. Entire civilizations teeming with potential… snacks.

A wide, predatory grin spread across my face. The flight to London had been unexpectedly cut short, but perhaps this was an even better destination. A whole world waiting to be devoured. The thought sent a thrill of anticipation coursing through my gargantuan body. The whales were just the beginning. The world had a new, very large resident, and she was very, very hungry.

Chapter 10: The City

The hunger that gnawed within me after the two whales was unlike anything I had ever experienced. It wasn't just a physical craving; it was a cosmic emptiness, a void that seemed to demand to be filled with the very fabric of existence. As I stood in the ocean, the water barely reaching my ankles now, I could feel myself growing, expanding at an alarming rate. My skin stretched and strained, my muscles and bones thickening and lengthening with each passing second.

The remnants of the plane crash, which had once seemed so significant, were now mere specks around my colossal feet. The survivors, if any still remained, were utterly invisible against the vastness of my shadow stretching across the water. The whales I had consumed felt like mere droplets in an ocean compared to the emptiness that still roared within me.

My gaze was fixed on the distant coastline, a thin green and brown line on the horizon. With a surge of energy, I took my first step towards it. The impact of my foot hitting the ocean floor sent tremors through the water, creating tidal waves that crashed against the distant shore. Each subsequent step was a continent-spanning stride, the world shrinking beneath my gargantuan feet.

In what felt like mere moments, the coastline loomed before me, no longer a distant line but a detailed tapestry of beaches, cliffs, and the sprawling beginnings of human civilization. I could see cities in the distance, clusters of tiny buildings that looked like Lego blocks scattered across the landscape. The thought of them sent a fresh wave of hunger through me.

I reached the edge of the land and took another step, my footfall shaking the very earth. Forests flattened beneath my weight, mountains crumbled, and rivers diverted as I moved inland. The cities grew larger as I approached, but even the tallest skyscrapers now barely reached my knees. The tiny figures of humans scurried below, like ants fleeing an approaching storm. Their fear was a palpable thing, a wave of terror washing over the landscape as I drew closer.

Reaching the first major city, I paused, my shadow engulfing its entirety. The sounds of sirens and panicked screams rose up to meet me, a symphony of impending doom. I looked down at the tiny structures, the intricate network of roads, the miniature vehicles frozen in their flight. It was all so small, so fragile.

My stomach rumbled, a sound like thunder that echoed across the ravaged landscape. It was time for a real meal. I lowered my massive head, peering down at the city with a newfound hunger. These weren't just buildings; they were containers, filled with countless tiny snacks.

With a deep breath, I opened my mouth, a gaping chasm that could swallow the entire metropolis whole. The air rushed in, carrying with it the scent of concrete, steel, and the faint, desperate aroma of humanity. This was my destination, reached not by a flimsy airplane, but by my own unstoppable growth. London, or perhaps some other unsuspecting city, was about to become my first course in a grand, global feast. The world was mine to devour, one city at a time. I was an immense giantess, and my hunger knew no bounds.
