She's got her own wet look hairstyle, and obviously wet look body and custom textures with a lot of veins which also have custom normals to make them pop out. You can easily remove the wet look if you don't like it of 'course. Just replace her specular and glosiness textures in the skin textures tab.
This look is only for paid members. Have fun!
