Bugfix for the game...and Flowers for Trisha
Added 2020-04-10 14:13:19 +0000 UTCSo 4.1 is here and besides fixing a big bunch of bugs you guys sent in it also brings something new and exciting for fans of Hornstown.
As you probably know by now, our part of the next update is going to be the new library added to Hornstown, with new storylines and fitting literature. I also promised something...special attached to it.
When we first started talking about this update, the idea of our very own Hornsown-themed story came up almost instantly. Originally it was meant to be a little teaser of a few hundred words, but as usual things got a bit away from us, and the story got a bit...bigger.
Thus we are proud to present 'Flowers for Trisha', a fifty-odd page sexy adventure, featuring one of our most popular NPCs. Read the first-person novelization of a hapless man's journey into feminization and sissification by one of Hornstown's very own femme fatales, Trisha! Players of that particular storyline will find plenty of familiar themes but new elements as well.
The story will play an important part of the library storyline, but patrons can get a head start by downloading the ebook from the same page you use to access the patron version of the game.
Meanwhile non-patrons can purchase the ebook from amazon.com (you will see a similar link at the game's starter page).
Hope you have as much fun reading this kinky tale as we had writing it! If it gets successful enough, we will continue the series with another facets of Hornstown's fascinating daily life!

2020-04-15 14:10:20 +0000 UTCWeird. I just downloaded the latest file (4.01) from the Hornstown site and cannot unzip it. I keep getting an error message saying the folder is empty. What could cause this?

2020-04-12 15:52:21 +0000 UTCI hate to be leaving bug reports all the time but I seem to keep running into them. I'm trying to go through the witchcraft storyline, I'm at the part where I've met the mysterious figure in the park three nights in a row, and now Ida tells me to meet her in the park tomorrow at 8:00pm, but there's no way to do so no matter what. Going to the park the next day only gives me voyeurism options, there's no option to go meet Ida from home, and so the day just comes and goes with no option for me to advance any further.

I downloaded the latest version on the Patron page but the bottom three background options are still blocked. edit: I'm playing through the second Detective storyline on the most recent update. Is it just me or is there no way to "finish" the story? What I mean is that even after catching the ring thief and receiving the prize, if I go to Ben & Jess's place they still act like I haven't solved the case, and if I go to Selena's place then we're still trying to solve the case.
